The following terms and conditions apply to all ticketed events, passes, and registrations for the Metamora Film Festival, taking place March 27–28, 2026, at Pueblo Community College in Pueblo, Colorado.

1. All Sales Are Final
All tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:

• Virtual Passes

• Gold Event Passes

• Silver Event Passes

• Reserved seating or group bookings

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for any reason, including:

• Changes in personal schedule

• Illness or emergencies

• Weather-related issues

• Inability to attend

Please confirm your availability before purchasing or registering.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you can no longer attend a free event or reserved meal, please notify us as soon as possible at info@metamorafilmfestival.com so we can release your spot to another guest.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Festival
The Metamora Film Festival reserves the right to change screening times, venues, or event formats if necessary. If portions of the event are changed or canceled (including in-person sessions), no refunds will be issued.

All updates will be posted on our website and emailed to registered attendees.

4. Donations & Sponsorships
All donations and sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable. These funds help cover event costs and keep the festival accessible to all.

5. Code of Conduct & Admission Rights
Festival staff may deny entry or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
